Customer Service Dept Contact Information

Before writing to us, please review the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section of our store. The answers given there might be able to answer your customer service concern.

If you need to contact us, the quickest way to receive a response is to email us at:

We answer emails during regular business hours Monday through Friday, but you can send them to us 24/7.

In your email, be sure to include your full name, complete shipping address and your order number (if you have it). And of course, tell us how we can be of service.

Order Processing

After you place an order through our online store, Yahoo! Shopping will give you an order number. Then, on the following business day, your order is received and processed by our fulfillment company. You will receive an email confirmation when they have successfully received your order.

Most orders will be shipped by our fulfillment company within 2 days of receipt of your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive another email notification that will include a FedEx tracking number. Shipping confirmation emails for First Class Mail and International orders will not include a tracking number.

Order Changes/Cancellations

Please keep in mind that it may not be possible to cancel or make a change to an order after it has been processed by our fulfillment company. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please send an email to:

and tell them your name and order number and the specific changes you would like made to your order. If you are requesting a cancellation, please allow several days for your refund to run its obstacle course through our accounting department and then through our bank and then over to your bank and then finally into your account.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Homestar Runner Merchandise in every way and we guarantee 100% satisfaction!! If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, or if you order a garment that doesn't fit you, you can exchange the defective or ill-fitting merchandise for something better. Just send the defective or poor fitting merchandise back to:

Please include your original packing list and write on it the item you wish in exchange. If you are exchanging apparel be sure to include the style and size (Ex. The Cheat-Navy XL). Also indicate the address where you want your stuff to be shipped.

If you do not have a packing list, please write the following on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper:

Your Name
Your Complete Shipping Address
If the Item was a Gift, The Name of the Person Who Placed the Order

The item you wish in exchange.

(If you are exchanging apparel be sure to include the style and size)

Refunds

HomestarRunner wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your merchandise for credit, just return it in good, unused condition to:

Please include your original packing list and write on it your reason for returning the merchandise. Upon inspection of the merchandise, we will issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase for the amount of the returned merchandise. Shipping and handling charges applicable to the original order are not refundable.

NOTE: Requests for replacements or refunds for Kick The Cheat plush toys must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Mailed-In Orders

If you don’t have a Visa, Mastercard or Diner’s Club card, we do accept mailed-in orders with a check or money order. To order Homestar Merchandise without using a credit card, print out our order form at:

Please do not send cash! If you are outside the US, we do not accept checks drawn on foreign banks. Please use an International Money Order payable in US dollars.
